Chelmscare LTD are a flexible homecare provider service who enable their clients to continue living a safe and independent life at home, whilst offering additional help or support. With a highly skilled team of professionals, each homecare solution is tailored to the person’s individual needs and requirements, ensuring the very best care possible.
How did Thirty Six Digital support Chelmscare LTD's project?
Before Thirty Six Digital worked their magic, Chelmscare’s homecare provider website was very basic and didn’t show prospective clients the full extent of their offering, expertise and support services. The new site is bold, easy to use and full of information for both staff and client.
So, what did we do?
It all started with a number of client consultations (we’re all about building that relationship!). We took the time to both listen and understand just what they wanted from their new site, and more importantly, what wasn’t working for them with their existing webpage.
Together, we decided to freshen up their branding with a new colour palette and clear logo design. We added additional pages to improve the quality and quantity of the information available (all very important when building trust with your brand!).
The site now not only benefits clients but is also a very important resource to Chelmscare LTD staff.
Behind the login, staff have access to a HR portal, can order PPE, and review notifications about clients in their care, with the opportunity to communicate any concerns. We worked with the plug-in portal software team to forward develop the system to best suit our client…with excellent success.
What's next for this homecare provider website?
We like to build all of our Thirty Six Digital sites with progress potential, so as we share a commitment to inclusivity with our client.
The next phase of development will include adding accessibility features to the site.
